This unit ran as Command until we purchased the new one. Now it carries personel and supplies.

2006 Ford F-550

This is our new 2006 Brush truck. We bought the truck from our local dealer and had the bed put on by a Lynchburg company. We transfered the pump and tank from our old brush truck and had a local shop build our boxes. John and Jason along with everyone else worked hard on this truck and as you can see it is one of the best looking trucks we have. It holds 250Gallons of water with a 250 pump. We also use it to pull our SW trailer.

 
 
COMMAND 10


2006 FORD F-150

First out vehicle for establishing command at all incidents. This unit carries the thermal imaging camera, gas meter, electrical tak-stik, helicopter landing zone kit, Holmatro vehicle info book, SCBA, generator, sawzall, lights, extinguishers, Fire Chiefs equiptment, radios, accountability board and Swift Water equiptment. This unit is 4-wheel drive and has a full LED light package. One tough truck!

2005 Polaris 6x6

This unit was purchased with a grant. It is used for Rescue and brush fires. The tank can be quickly removed. One of the best things about this unit is that it is no wider than a regular 4 wheeler.

2003 E-One Sidestacker

Bought as a demo in 2004 this 2003 responds as LADDER 10. This truck has a 75 foot ladder, 2000gpm pump and 500 gallons of water. It carries air tools, MSA scba, saws, fans, rope, and many other truck tools. Unit has a 12000 watt hydraulic generator and a 500 hp Detroit with automatic transmission. Many other items to list.

2002 S-S Frieghtliner

This tanker holds 2000 gallons of water, has a automatic transmission and 330 hp diesel. It has a drop tank, foam, portable pump, and tools for establishing water supply in the county. Great tanker!

1997 Ford F-350

This unit runs as our light duty rescue. It has Holmatro spreaders, cutters, rams, pumps, a 2000 watt honda generator, low pressure air bags, a tar-heel, saws, cribbing and other tools. We have really fixed this 4x4 up nice.

This pumper is mainly used for reserve, brush and service calls. It has a 1000 gpm pump and 750 gallons of water. It was built when Kovack was named Car-Mar.
