Update on E-103
Fri. Jan 22nd 2010

We have found out that a loose spacer plate is the problem on 103. This is great news as it seems to be a minor problem. E-103 will now go to Singer for the final mounting of the enourmous amount of equipment. We should have the truck in service in February before displaying it at the VA. Beach Chiefs Convention.
